Dylan's dedicated home practice began in 2011 while recovering from an eating disorder. Though being treated in many different ways over the years, she felt her healing process truly began when she was introduced to yoga. Dylan loves the way yoga taught her to love her body and mind, and appreciating them for the amazing machines they are. Guiding people to self-love and self-appreciation is something she is incredibly passionate about; this passion led her to complete Fusion Yoga's 200 Hour Teacher Training in 2017.
When Dylan is not on her mat, she is doing hair at her studio (Inner Beauty Out), kayaking with her love, and snuggling her two Great Danes!
