Want to achieve more flexibility? A stronger core? A lower golf score? We know some men are hesitant to try yoga but did you know that yoga was initially only practiced by men??? Yoga for Men Who Can't Bend is a class structured to help you feel comfortable with the postures while accommodating the places in men's bodies that hold stress (hello hamstrings and low back!). Join us for a six week series to help you gain the flexibility and core strength to take your fitness to the next level. Six registrants required.
