What is Ayurveda?
Thousands of years ago Ayurveda (Science of Life) was developed by sages from India. Following two principles; mind and body connection as well as the mind's power to heal and transform the body create the basis of ayurvedic principles. Freedom from illness is dependent upon expanding awareness, bringing yourself into balance and subsequently extending that balance to your body.
Ayurveda works in three seasons:
Fall/Winter: November - February
Spring: March - June
Summer: July - October
Cost per session is $25 or do all three for $60.
Unlimited Monthly Member Pricing: $10/Session or all three for $25
Note: The 4:15 yoga class is open to the public. Members can attend the class for free as this falls during a regular scheduled class time. All others punch card or drop in rate applies if only attending the yoga class.
