Cupid, Chocolate, and Yin Yoga
Tighten your Shoelace, loosen your hips. Yin Yoga postures gently stretch the joints and connective tissue to maintain flexibility, mobility, and stability. Static poses are held for time to allow the yin tissue to respond, creating space in the body, the joints, and the mind.
Fusion Yoga is teaming up with Cupid’s Chocolate Chase 5K and Mocha Mile. Energize in the morning with a frosty 5K and revel in the after-party at Parkview Field with DeBrand Fine Chocolates, Two-EE’s wine slushies, and Summit City Brewerks on tap. Live performance by Adam Strack. Then, come chill with us at Fusion Yoga in the afternoon for a warm (slightly heated) Yin practice to balance the yin and yang energy. You do NOT have to participate in the run to come to yoga!
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to ALS Association of Indiana and Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana.
