Understanding and using somatics and energetics can create a bridge between the body, mind, and spirit to activate the greater consciousness. Through a better understanding of these tools you can create movements and sequences that allow one to control one's health and well-being.
* This module is eligible for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits (for Registered Teachers who are not taking the complete 300 Hour program.)
-What is Energetics of Yoga: how to tap into the subtle body and use the qualitites of brahmana and langhana to shift energy through intention, pranayama, vayus, and asana.
-Why and how we manipulate energy in yoga.
-Functional understanding of the Prana Vayus and gunas in theory, practice, and application.
-Introduction to at least five pranayama techniques to ignite specific vayus for energetic intentions.
-How Fear and Effort manifest in the body; somatic releases for these patterns and tools to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system.
-5 practices highlighting a specific energetic experience of the Prana Vayus.
