This Myofascial Release (MFR) module is a function-oriented self-treatment practice based on solid movement foundations using ball therapy. We will discover myofascial hotspots to help release tension, pain and dysfunction in the body and to improve mobility, posture, and asana. We will explore pranayam (breathing techniques) with ball therapy to reduce stress, increase energy, and balance the nervous system.
*This module is eligible for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits (for Registered Teachers who are not taking the complete 300 hour program).
