Join Vicki Eber in the discussion of the science behind anxiety and how it impacts mind and body as a whole.
Discover tools with a physical practice, breathing techniques, and meditation to help in practicing mindfulness with the anxious mind.

Journaling exercise will follow.
Worksheets will be provided, but feel free to bring your own journal!

Any level of yoga student welcome.
