Fusion Yoga Policies
Membership Policies
The unlimited monthly membership is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. Your credit or debit card on file will be charged on the same date of each month, according to your initial purchase date. We require a valid credit card on file for all unlimited memberships.
To cancel your unlimited auto-renew membership, you must submit a written request via email to hello@fusionyogafw.com at least 30 days prior to your next billing date. Upon cancellation, you may continue to attend classes until the end of your current billing cycle.
Requests for a membership freeze must be made in writing via email to hello@fusionyogafw.com at least 15 days prior to your next billing date. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur and will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Class Cancellations
You must cancel your reservation at least 30 minutes before the start of class to avoid a forfeiture of a class pass credit or drop in payment. We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an unforeseen circumstance that prevents you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible and we can redeem your payment or pass.
Private Cancellations
Sessions canceled with more than 12 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the session cost.
Retail Return Policy
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with an item you purchased, we accept returns on any regular priced item that is unworn and has the hang-tag intact up to 30 days after purchase. All sale items are final sale.
Events and Workshops
To receive a full refund, we require a cancellation notice of 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. Failure to cancel your scheduled workshop or a no-show will result in the forfeiture of the entire fee.
