Please note, you must cancel by the day before your auto-renew date to ensure you are not charged for another month. No refunds for past-due cancelations.

**If membership has been suspended for any reason, your unlimited access to video gallery is also suspended. Please feel free to purchase the $35/month access to video gallery during your suspended monthly contract period.
How to Sign Up
— Click on the ‘Purchase Video Pass’ button below — this will direct you to our MindBody site.
— Select ‘Make Purchase’ at the bottom of the page
— Select ‘Check Out’ and you will be prompted to log into your MindBody account or create a new one (if you do not already have one).
— Enter your payment info and email for receipt and PASSWORD
— Access your email and view emailed receipt for the gallery password (password found below payment method information)
How to Access Once You Have Signed Up
— Visit our website at www.fusionyogafw.com
— Hover over ‘Video Gallery’ on menu bar and choose ‘Video Gallery’ from the drop down menu
— Scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Video Gallery’
— Enter the password on emailed receipt
How to Cancel
— Visit the Mindbody website and sign into your MindBody account.
— On the ‘My Info’ page, select the ‘Account’ tab from the menu bar.
— Scroll to the ‘Contracts’ section at the bottom of the page
— Select ‘Terminate’ next to the Monthly Video Pass option
