Adriana Nash Platt
200 HR RYT
Adriana Nash Platt is a yoga teacher, sound facilitator, and community advocate who believes in the power of slowing down, tuning in, and creating space for healing through deep rest.
Adriana is passionate about uplifting others, and creating inclusive spaces where people feel welcome, seen, and empowered. As a trauma-informed practitioner and advocate for social justice, women, and the LGBTQ+ community, she is committed to holding space for healing and encouraging others to consider rest and self-care as a necessary aspect of a balanced life
Beyond her practice, Adriana loves the sun, spending time outside, hiking, camping, and being near water (especially Lake Michigan). She’s a plant mama, an avid thrifter, a lover of desserts and sandwiches, and makes a truly heartfelt cup of cacao. Adriana thrives in connection—hosting intentional gatherings, supporting the local community, and immersing herself in nature. Whether guiding a restorative yoga class, leading a sound bath, or sharing in the joy of community, Adriana’s greatest gift is helping people explore their own connection and find the rest they are inherently worthy of.
