As early as Grace could walk, she was always on the move. She has played soccer since she was three years old and still plays at the University of St. Francis. Grace, for 14 years, was also a competitive gymnast. It wasn’t until after she retired in 2020 that yoga became a key part of her life. Her mom, Stephanie, greatly impacted her love for fitness and yoga. Grace loved the way that yoga allowed her to maintain the flexibility and strength of a gymnast as well as offer increased benefits for the development of her favorite game, soccer. Grace is always up for a new challenge, yoga being one of them, as it has allowed her to personally grow in various areas of her life, thanks to each one of her students. To my students, I am so grateful to have encountered each and every one of your hearts. From crazy fun sculpt classes to vinyasa flows that turn you upside down, Grace is here for it all!
