Jenna Bennett

200 HR RTY; 45 HR FUSION SCULPT

Jenna Bennett originally hails from Ontario, Canada, and grew up in Fort Wayne, where she graduated from Homestead High School. From an early age, she found joy and expression through dance, spending much of her youth in the ballet studio. After graduating, Jenna moved to New York City to study at the Alvin Ailey School, pursuing a professional career in dance. Movement has always been her primary form of communication and a grounding source of peace.

After dancing with the Fort Wayne Ballet for several years, Jenna retired from the stage to begin her family. During this transition, she felt something was missing. While pregnant with her second child, she discovered yoga, which restored the sense of balance and peace she had long found through movement.

Finding Fusion Yoga proved to be a pivotal moment in Jenna’s life. The supportive community and lasting friendships inspired her to pursue yoga teacher certification and deepen her understanding of yogic technique and foundational postures. Since completing Fusion Yoga’s 200-hour teacher training program, Jenna has embraced teaching as a continual practice of growth—discovering her voice as an instructor while learning alongside the inspiring yogis she serves.
