Amy’s love for the practice of yoga began after a friend suggested yoga as a form of recovery from strength training. After an injury, she found strength and peace in the yoga asanas and continued her focus on her daily practice. After evolving into a strong and advanced practitioner she decided to attend Yoga Teacher Training. Now a 200 hr RYT and has over 500 hrs of teaching and CE, she continues to deepen her knowledge and wisdom in the Yogic Teachings.

Amy’s classes are a blend of movement and stillness, strength and flexibility, breath and awareness. Each unique class inspires students to bring together body, mind, and heart in the present moment, enhancing well being on and off the mat. Amy has dedicated herself to the practice, study, and teaching of yoga since discovering its joys and benefits of yoga.
