Krysta Buckner 200-RYT
Krysta was first drawn to yoga as a way to Express herself through movement. However, it didn't take long for her recognize that movement was just the tip of the iceberg. Soon after developing a consistent yoga practice, Krysta's ongoing battle with anxiety subsided. From then, she realized that she wanted to study the ancient art of yoga so she could share the gift she was given.
Krysta is a 200 RYT with over 700 hrs of Teacher trainings and workshops. Her class style is primarily an approach to "vinyasa flow". She also enjoys teaching: Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, Power yoga, and lunar based flow. Krysta is also certified in Yoga for Anxiety, PTSD and depression from Integral Yoga Acadmy- Satchidananda Ashram.
When Krysta isn't teaching class (or working alongside her husband Ryan), she enjoys kayaking playful rivers and cooking nutritious/delicious meals for friends and family.
