Krysta started teaching the art of yoga nearly a decade ago. It was her passion for helping others and a background in dance that led her down the yogic path.
Krysta’s approach to yoga is both playful and philosophical. She utilizes her understanding of yogic philosophy, alongside her comprehensive background of both dance and music, to weave together a cohesive flow. Rhythm and movement belong together, our body and mind run on a river of pulsations, vibrations, and are always seeking a state of flow. By linking the two together, a state of flow is a little easier to achieve.
