Sarah found yoga freshman year of college, noticed the positive impact that it had on her life, and wanted to share that gift with others. She received her 200 hr yoga teacher training through a Baptiste inspired program in 2014, and since then went on to become Barre certified through YLB in Hudson, Ohio in 2015, and Buti Yoga Certified in 2016.
Sarah loves to create a positive yoga and fitness environment that gets students out of their comfort zones, and focuses on body love and self acceptance. Regardless of your level of fitness or experience, she will gear the class towards your needs, and constantly remind you to listen to your body. Sarah believes in teaching alignment, safe and proper form, and that yoga is for everybody!
Sarah is a Birth Doula and Registered Dietitian here in Fort Wayne, and is passionate about all things health and wellness. In her free time she loves to cook, hike, do yoga and spend quality time with with her family!
